By using LayIt, you agree to these terms.

Use Of The App

LayIt is a tile layout planning and estimating tool. Tile counts, cut counts, prices, and measurements are estimates. Always verify measurements, tile specifications, and material requirements before purchasing material, cutting tile, or installing tile.

Subscriptions

LayIt Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

AI Features

AI tile scanning uses third-party AI services to read tile box labels and extract specifications. AI results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying all AI-extracted information against the actual product packaging and site conditions.

Reports And Sharing

Reports, project exports, and shared files are provided for convenience. Review all information before sending it to a client, contractor, retailer, or installer.

Intellectual Property

LayIt, its software, designs, and related technology are owned by Robbie Sims (LayIt is a software project of Simco LLC) or its licensors and may be protected by intellectual property rights.

Limitation Of Liability

LayIt is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Robbie Sims and Simco LLC are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including incorrect measurements, material estimates, cuts, purchases, installations, or project decisions.
